Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Nido Web services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Nido Web offers web design and development services, including but not limited to:

• Custom web design
• Website development
• Hosting and maintenance services
• Digital marketing consulting

3. Work Process

The work process includes the following stages:

• Initial consultation and requirements definition
• Proposal and quote
• Approval and initial investment
• Development and design
• Review and adjustments
• Final delivery

4. Investments and Billing

Investments will be made in stages according to the agreed plan. Prices are expressed in Mexican pesos (MXN) or US dollars (USD) as indicated. The staged investment system works as follows:

• Design advance: Investment of 70% of the design cost is required as an advance to start the project.
• Development start: When beginning the development phase, the remaining 30% of design plus 70% of the development cost must be invested.
• Final delivery: Upon completion and delivery of the website, the remaining 30% of development must be invested.

All investments are final once made. The project will not advance to the next stage until the corresponding investment for the previous stage is completed.

5. Intellectual Property

Once the full investment for the project is completed, the client will receive usage rights to the developed website. Nido Web reserves the right to display the work done as part of its portfolio, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Make investments as agreed
• Review and approve work within established times
• Provide necessary content and materials

7. Web Analytics and Browsing Data

We use only Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for website traffic and behavior analysis. We do not use any other analytics or tracking tools. Google Analytics collects automatic data such as page views, time on page, link clicks, form interactions, device and browser, approximate geolocation, and session statistics. This data is aggregated and used exclusively to improve our site and services. See our Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy for more details.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nido Web will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount invested by the client for the specific service.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication on this website.

10. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Mexico.
