Do I need to be a Salesforce customer for the health check?

Yes. The health check is designed for companies with an active Salesforce instance (Essentials, Professional, Enterprise, or Unlimited). If you're evaluating adopting Salesforce, we can help with pre-purchase strategic consulting.

Do you work with every Salesforce edition?

Yes. We have experience with Salesforce Essentials, Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited. The edition affects the scope of the audit (which features are available) but not the approach.

Which clouds do you cover?

Yes.
